Welcome to Minimalist One where Scandinavian simplicity meets bohemian charm. Nestled near Hauz Khas Fort and a vast forest. Our 15 Rooms offer a unique blend of originality and comfort, with forest views and custom furnishings.

Junior Suite
Placed right next to a 500 acres of forest, this room is designed to feel cosy, boho, and artistic, in a well accessible location within the Hauz Khas Village area at a very very affordable price point. The space has well thought-out amenities and tasteful decor.
King Suite
A completely redesigned space with a step up room in a quaint village pocket within Hauz Khas Area. A perfect blend of modern standards of living with the Scandinavian design and vibe. King Suite is a spacious suite type setting with a lounging space, comfortable and cozy bed space & ensuite bathroom.
Poshtel One studio
Located at the corner of the hotel, the studio offers stunning views of forest. King bed, living space, dining space and en-suite bathroom.
Glamping studio
A tiny studio, made out of prefab material is one of a kind setup. This is built on the topmost floor of a boutique hotel i.e. 5 floor, enriched with a stunning view of 600 acres of forest. It also has a private bohemian style open sit-out space behind the bedroom. The space has well thought-out amenities and tasteful decor. Comfortable bed, clean linen, hygienic bathrooms and basic amenities.
Quadruple Room
Staycation with your friends. The Quadruple room comes with a king bed and a bunk bed with a sitting space and en-suite bathroom.
Penthouse
Staycation with your friends or loved ones in a Penthouse with a forest view in Hauz Khas Village. The penthouse is on the terrace at the property. It has a living space, a king bed, a bunk bed and en-suite bathroom, enriched with all the basic amenities.
Queen Room
Quiet, cosy and compact room with an ensuite bathroom. Fit for two people without stepping on toes. A good one for couples and business travelers! The space has well thought-out amenities and tasteful decor. Comfortable bed, clean linen, hygienic bathrooms and all basic amenities.

I stayed at Minimalist Poshtel when they first opened – at the very beginning of the pandemic. As that was an excellent experience, I decided to come again. This time I stayed in one of the Japanese capsules for the true minimalist experience.

I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, and it did not disappoint. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to spot some deer and even a peacock, which added to the charm of the place. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay.
