Design Inspiration for Minimalist (Poshtel & Suites)

In recent years, minimalism has had an impact- It has come out as a tool that can assist you in finding freedom. Freedom from fear. Freedom from worry. Freedom from overwhelm. Freedom from guilt. Freedom from depression. Freedom from the trappings of the consumer culture we’ve built our lives around. Real freedom.

Minimalist as a design concept is still relatively new, having only come into its own in the late 1960s and early 1970s, particularly with American visual art. In its most stripped-down definition, minimalism is about designers expressing only the most essential and necessary elements of a product or subject by getting rid of any excessive and, therefore, unnecessary components and features.

Minimalist Poshtel Hotels & Suites is based on Japanese Scandinavian design concept. It is a blend of Japanese Capsule Hostel, service studio apartments, and a boutique hotels. Here are some inspirations for the design concept of Minimalist.
